Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a Senior Siebel Administrator to manage Oracle Siebel CRM environments across development, testing, and production. You will ensure stability, security, and performance while supporting upgrades, integrations, cloud initiatives, and disaster recovery.

The role requires expertise in Siebel architecture, gateway clustering, load balancing, and performance tuning, with hands-on Windows and Linux experience and SSO/LDAP/AD integration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience administering and supporting Oracle Siebel CRM in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience installing and supporting Oracle Siebel on Windows and Linux platforms.
• Experience performing Siebel upgrades, migrations, and patching on recent Siebel versions.
• Strong knowledge of Siebel architecture including Gateway Server, Enterprise Server, AI, AOMs, and Tomcat environments.
• Experience configuring Siebel Gateway clustering and load-balanced environments.
• Experience with Siebel performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning.
• Experience supporting SSO, LDAP, and Active Directory integrations.
• Experience automating administrative processes through scripting, Windows batch jobs, and Linux cron jobs.
• Experience designing, supporting, and testing disaster recovery solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Oracle Siebel CRM environments across development, testing, and production environments.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Oracle Siebel applications on Windows and Linux platforms.
• Lead Siebel upgrades to current releases (Siebel 25.x and newer).
• Configure and maintain Siebel Gateway clustering, AI load balancing, and related components.
• Monitor system performance and perform tuning across Siebel servers and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex issues including EAI component failures through logs and reports.
• Support SSO, LDAP, and Active Directory integrations.
• Develop automation for routine administrative tasks using scripting.
