Job summary

Amphenol ICC in Schaumburg, IL, is seeking a Senior/Lead Signal Integrity Engineer to own the SI aspects of next-generation HSIO connectors and work with cross-functional teams to translate performance requirements into robust designs.

You will lead SI simulations, engage with customers and product managers, perform TDR/VNA validation, and guide design reviews from architecture through transfer to manufacturing, ensuring the highest performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering required; M.S. preferred.
• 8+ years of industry experience with high-speed signal integrity.
• Experience leading SI teams and cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the SI portion of new product development from architecture to validation.
• Interface with customers and product managers to translate requirements into designs.
• Conduct design reviews with SI, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
• Perform SI/PI simulations, channel modelling, and margin analysis.
• Support global manufacturing ramps with test limits and strategies.
