Job summary

StoryPoint's Pinebrook of Milford is seeking a Shuttle Bus Driver to transport senior residents safely and courteously. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule and a wage of $18.50 per hour, with daily pay options available.

The driver will assist residents on and off the bus, keep trip logs, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and support on-time routes while upholding a compassionate, customer-focused service ethos.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Compassionate & Care for seniors. The ideal candidate will enjoy helping and working with the senior population.
• Ability to be timely, patient, and accommodating; familiar with the local area.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents getting on and off the bus using safe methods (lift, ambulation or transfer).
• Complete bus trip log and route plan to maintain efficiency.
• Maintain interior and exterior bus cleanliness.
• Fill out daily inspection log at trip start.
• Maintain a positive attitude to support team performance.
