Job summary

Tag is seeking a Senior Producer to lead shopper marketing and retail production programs from concept to delivery. You will partner with Client Services, PM, Creative teams, and vendors to ensure successful in-store campaigns that meet timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in production, project management, or agency environments.
• Strong knowledge of retail print production and fabrication processes.
• Experience with procurement, supplier management, and supply chain fundamentals.
• Exceptional stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multi-priority management abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to navigate changing priorities while maintaining focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead shopper marketing and print retail production projects from concept through execution.
• Provide production expertise on specifications, artwork requirements, materials, fabrication methods, and best practices.
• Evaluate concepts for feasibility, quality, cost efficiency, and retail requirements.
• Develop schedules and timelines, identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigations.
• Manage vendor communication to confirm production specs, technical requirements, and details.
• Prepare detailed production and print specifications.
• Oversee quality assurance throughout and final deployment.
• Mentor team members and provide day-to-day workflow guidance.
• Stay current on emerging materials, technologies, and industry trends.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvements to delivery, quality, and cost.
• Develop strong relationships with vendor contacts and internal teams.
• Travel may be required to review printing materials or installations.
