• Own the post-sale lifecycle for integrated campaigns from handoff to launch and delivery.
• Lead live and immersive activations from planning to on-site execution.
• Create pre-production deliverables: overviews, run of shows, scripts, schedules.
• Run the RFP process: brief agencies, evaluate submissions, select partners.
• Manage external production partners to Brand Studio standards.
• Guide editors, manage cuts, and shape pre-taped content.
• Coordinate on-set support for talent and crews.
• Prioritize production schedules and meet deadlines.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and find solutions.
• Maximize resources by delivering on-budget alternatives when needed.
• Partner with internal and external teams to uphold brand KPIs.
• Lead shoots on-site and direct crews and talent.
• Build scalable production workflows and best practices.
• Grow network with top production partners across industry.
• Stay ahead of trends in shoppable and digital content.
• Ensure deliverables meet client creative, platform, and quality expectations.
