Job summary

Publicis Groupe's Mars United Commerce is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage project activation for a major CPG client across regional grocery retailers. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of shopper marketing programs, with a focus on operational excellence.

Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of our Chicago, Cincinnati or Detroit locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field.
• At least 3 years in shopper marketing or advertising, preferably agency.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage time and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail oriented with multitasking across a fluid workload.
• Proactive with willingness to take on responsibility.
• Dependable and collaborative team member.
• Enthusiastic attitude for new challenges.
• Desire to learn all aspects of Shopper Marketing.
• Effective interpersonal skills across functions.
• Conscientious work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain productive interaction with support departments to keep projects moving forward.
• Lead, compile and author recaps.
• Develop knowledge of assigned brand or retailer goals and strategies.
• Support programs with timelines, trafficking and cost estimation.
• Independently manage projects effectively from start to finish.
• Manage budgets and billing information.
