Mars United℠ Commerce is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive project management and activation for a major CPG client’s shopper marketing programs across regional grocery retailers. This role requires commuting to Mars United Commerce locations in Chicago, Cincinnati, or Detroit and is explicitly not a sales position.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of shopper marketing or advertising experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong time-management skills to meet

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of shopper marketing or advertising experience.
• Ability to manage time and meet strict timelines.
• Detail oriented with multitasking ability.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Proactive and dependable team player.

Responsabilités

• Maintain productive interaction with support departments to keep projects moving forward.
• Lead, compile and author recaps for programs.
• Develop knowledge of assigned brand or retailer brand positioning and marketing strategies.
• Tactically support programs with timelines, trafficking, and cost estimation.
• Independently manage projects from start to finish.
• Manage budgets, hours, and costs for programs.
• Develop proficiency across Mars internal workflow and financial systems.
• Collaborate effectively with multiple internal departments.
• Maintain and update team reports and weekly status updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
