Boeing Distribution, Inc. in Coppell, TX seeks an Experienced Shipping/Receiving Clerk Specialist to verify incoming and outgoing shipments, process documentation, and manage hazardous materials in compliance with IATA and DOT rules.

You will utilize SAP/EWM shipping modules, prepare bills of lading and packing lists, and ensure accuracy of all paperwork while maintaining a clean, safe shipping area for high-volume operations.

Competenze

• 3+ years in shipping operations or related logistics.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs with assistance or equipment.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Experience with SAP/EWM-ERP shipping modules preferred.
• Hazardous materials knowledge preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare outgoing shipments per Dangerous Goods regulations and carrier rules.
• Verify outbound shipments against pick/packing lists for accuracy.
• Generate and validate shipping documents including bills of lading and invoices.
• Operate SAP/EWM shipping tools and print required labels and docs.
• Ensure compliance with IATA, 49 CFR and export controls.
• Maintain an organized, safe shipping area and use PPE.
