Job summary

IFS INDUSTRIES, INC. is seeking a hands-on Shipping and Receiving Supervisor at our Texas plant. You will oversee daily shipping/receiving operations, coordinate outbound and inbound processes, and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure timely and compliant shipments.

Lead and develop a team, enforce EHS standards, and collaborate with other departments to improve processes and efficiency. Prior experience and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, logistics, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with WMS and TMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipments, scheduling, routing, and carrier selection.
• Oversee inbound shipment receipt, inspection, and processing.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and cycle counts.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of shipping and receiving staff.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation.
