Job summary

Nestlé Purina North America in Allentown is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Shipping and Receiving to execute and coordinate the daily shipping office activities and maintain the daily shipping and production schedule. You will operate the warehouse management system across all warehouse crews and ensure administrative requirements of the Mixing Center align with established policies.

Responsibilities include assigning work to forklift operators, dispatching inbound drivers, preparing productivity

Qualifications

1+ years logistics and/or production experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, military, or related environment
Experience coordinating shipping/receiving operations is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist the shift supervisor with the daily operation of warehouse systems.
Issue work assignments to Forklift Operators, Assistant Jockey, and Jockey in a timely and efficient manner.
Dispatch and receive inbound truck drivers professionally and courteously.
Prepare and maintain productivity reports, shipping documents, pick/load slips, and other shipping office paperwork.
Oversee the administrative workflow to ensure accuracy, timeliness, reliability, regulatory and standards compliance of records and reporting of finished good shipments.
Monitor and direct order management, warehousing, shipping schedules and transportation execution to fulfill customer requirements.
