Nestlé S.A. in King William plant is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to schedule and monitor all shipping activities for the factory warehouse, coordinate incoming shipments and prepare pick lists for shipping personnel.

This role operates 7pm–7am Sunday through Wednesday, communicates updates on shipments, orders and production, and contributes to inventory control while ensuring load accuracy and timely documentation.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience providing customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and monitor all shipping activities for the factory warehouse.
• Coordinate incoming shipments and ensure smooth loading dock flow.
• Review orders and prepare pick lists for shipping personnel.
• Input data for shipping confirmations and process paperwork.
• Support inventory management and ensure load accuracy.
