Job summary

Nestlé Purina in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the daily dock schedule and yard inventory, ensuring timely outbound loading and accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of clerical/clerk experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, military, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute dock schedule
• Prioritize and distribute orders to case pickers and loaders
• Rank finish up loads and make product cuts if necessary
• Print BOLs and check out carriers
• Perform month, quarter, and year-end close
• Support forklift operators with product availability and inventory maintenance requests
• Coordinate inbound carriers with guards and coordinate dock door PM with maintenance
