Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking a Shipper/Receiver to join our California facility. This role handles receiving, coordinating movement of product through processing, and loading finished goods onto trailers for return to customers.

You will operate a forklift and maintain accuracy in counts and lot numbers, ensuring smooth flow of materials. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, 6–12 months warehouse experience, forklift know-how, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6–12 months warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Must read/write/speak fluent English.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming product and verify counts/lot numbers; document in system.
• Operate forklift to move pallets and load/unload as needed.
• Move products between facility areas for processing.
• Coordinate shipment of samples and schedule pickups when required.
• Load palletized product onto trailers for return to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
