Job summary

ALS is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving Associate to join our S&R team in Twin Falls, ID. You will manage incoming shipments, maintain accurate records, and support secure handling of hazardous materials in compliance with safety and regulatory procedures.

You’ll perform data entry, prepare paperwork for customs, and assist with local deliveries, inventory counts, and warehouse operations to ensure timely, accurate processing of supplies and samples.

Qualifications

• College diploma or degree in business, logistics or related field preferred.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with clean driving history.
• Forklift license and forklift operation experience is an asset.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience in a warehouse or prep/receiving role.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and NAFTA/International Customs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare packaging for outgoing shipments with proper protection.
• Ensure receiving records are complete and accurate.
• Prepare documentation for Customs and forward paperwork to accounting.
• Maintain receiving records for supplies and perform weekly/monthly inventory counts.
• Accurate data entry and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Deliver incoming shipments to proper departments and support warehouse operations.
