Job summary

Chronos Aviation is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk at our Rockford, IL location. You will perform unpacking of shipment deliveries, prepare shipping documents, maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments, consolidate orders, and create mailing labels.

Assist the Materials Coordinator as needed and ensure accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least 3 years in shipping/receiving, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as shipping and receiving clerk.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be willing to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with Work Order Manager and Total FBO preferred but not required.
