Job summary

ROAD iD is seeking a detail oriented Sr. Shipping Associate to ensure timely fulfillment and a remarkable customer experience. You will pull, pack, and ship items using our Fulfillment/Warehouse software and resolve shipping issues to keep promises.

Responsibilities include mentoring Shipping Associates, monitoring third-party channels, reconciling daily manifests, and continuously improving processes. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana is preferred; Shopify experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Fulfillment, Shipping, Packing, or Warehouse environments.
• Experience with third-party shipping channels or resolving carrier issues is a plus.
• Experience with Shopify and Fulfil is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, and ship customer items promptly.
• Monitor third-party channels to ensure timely shipments.
• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory.
• Review orders and address exceptions or delays.
• Resolve shipping issues and document notes in the system.
• Maintain daily shipping manifests and reconcile with dashboards.
