Job summary

ROAD iD is seeking a Sr. Shipping Associate to ensure a remarkable customer experience through our Fulfillment/Warehouse processes. You will pull, pack, and ship items within or before promised times, diagnosing and resolving issues to eliminate friction along the way.

You will mentor Shipping Associates, monitor third-party channels, and manage shipping exceptions across carriers while supporting warehouse organization and daily dashboard metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring shipping associates or warehouse staff.
• Skilled in identifying and resolving shipping issues quickly.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and answer questions from Shipping Associates and Seasonal Shippers.
• Monitor third-party channels to ensure timely shipments.
