A federal contracting company is looking for a Shift Technical Advisor in Oak Ridge, TN. This role requires 15-20 years of relevant experience, preferably in technical advisory roles within a compliance-driven environment. Qualifications

• 15-20 years of direct experience or 14-18 years with MA/MS.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DOE clearance.
• Preferred DOE Q Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations and Shift Manager to ensure safety.
• Interfacing with support organizations for compliance.
• Manage troubleshooting and improvement activities.
• Coordinate large, cross-cutting activities within the facility.
• Evaluate proposed modifications against safety analysis.
