The role emphasizes lean principles, cost control and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Supply Chain and Engineering teams. A strong emphasis on leadership and reliable execution is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading production teams on shift
• Knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement
• Ability to manage budgets, staffing and line performance

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Team Leaders and production teams across the shift.
• Translate departmental objectives into actionable plans and ensure execution.
• Monitor performance trends and implement corrective actions.
• Act as the highest operational authority during the shift and set production priorities.
• Support the Production Manager with workforce and capacity planning.
