Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Sheet Metal Superintendent for commercial construction projects. You will guide sheet metal crews, ensure quality installation, and manage safety, scheduling, and cost control on multiple sites.

The role requires significant field experience, strong leadership, and coordination with engineering and estimating teams to meet drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial experience as Superintendent on sheet metal or HVAC operations.
• Extensive knowledge of Sheet Metal / HVAC systems installation.
• Able to supervise large crews (20+) as Sheet Metal Superintendent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with cost control, scheduling, and estimating.

Responsibilities

• Supervise sheet metal foremen, field crew, subcontractors and craft activities; determine methods, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate work across crafts and departments; ensure documentation and scheduling.
• Identify and document potential change orders; maintain client/vendor relationships.
