Job summary

Atlantic Constructors Inc. is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Foreman to lead a HVAC crew on multi-site commercial projects in Virginia.

You will supervise journeymen and helpers, ensure job quality, safety, and on-time completion, and collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and vendors. Responsibilities include directing installation, modification, and repair of HVAC sheet metal systems, coordinating staffing, and maintaining productive crews while upholding company standards and client

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC sheet metal experience.
• Experience as HVAC Sheet Metal foreman.
• Proven ability to lead 8–10 person crews.
• Knowledge of HVAC sheet metal systems installation.
• Able to travel to multiple job sites.
• Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Directs installation, modification, and repair of HVAC sheet metal and related systems.
• Plans staffing and scheduling per project.
• Directs and coordinates workers and subcontractors.
• Interacts with supervisors and vendors to resolve issues.
• Attends job site and office meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
