Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and safety compliance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise layout, assembly and installation of sheet metal duct systems.
• Plan tasks, manage crew size and scheduling (2–15 workers).
• Coordinate with supervisors, customers and subcontractors to complete projects on time.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and project specifications.
