Job summary
Axiologic Solutions LLC is seeking a senior IT strategist with expertise in web design, development, and governance to lead advanced IT initiatives in support of government programs in Washington, DC. You will design, implement, and manage IT strategies, dashboards, and SharePoint solutions, and guide front-end services and site administration.
The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring of junior staff to drive continuous improvement and align IT initiatives
Qualifications
- TS/SCI (CI Poly Preferred)
- Minimum 12 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category with at least a portion in the last 2 years
- Master's degree in an area related to the labor category or equivalent substitutions per Education Substitution Table
Responsibilities
- Formulate, implement, and manage advanced IT strategies for web design and development
- Provide expert-level SharePoint and web development expertise, developing dashboards and workflows
- Recommend best practices, troubleshoot issues, and provide strategic guidance to leadership
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create IT roadmaps, define project scopes, and mentor junior team members
