Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a SharePoint Management Specialist to support PM MAGTF C2. The role covers SharePoint administration, development, information management, and Teams integration to enhance collaboration and document management for Marine Corps enterprise needs.

The candidate will design, develop, maintain, and secure SharePoint portals, workflows, and metadata systems in line with MCEN requirements; provide Tier 1 support and reporting to improve program operations and

Competenze

• Active Secret clearance required with ability to maintain clearance eligibility.
• 8+ years of experience in SharePoint administration, development, or related IT support.
• Experience administering SharePoint sites, collections, document libraries, and permissions.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint information architecture and metadata management.
• Experience designing and maintaining customized SharePoint workflows and document management solutions.
• Proficiency in SharePoint development using .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and jQuery.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 collaboration environments.
• Knowledge of configuration management, records management, and information governance.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, administer, and maintain SharePoint sites and libraries.
• Configure site collections, navigation, permissions, and access controls.
• Develop workflows and automated review/approval systems.
• Provide Tier 1 support for SharePoint access and troubleshooting.
• Maintain SharePoint search, metadata taxonomy, and information architecture.
• Implement enhancements using .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and jQuery.
• Support Teams administration and integration with SharePoint environments.
• Manage documentation controls and electronic signatures; track versioning.
• Maintain CDRL deliverables and program documentation.
• Develop management reports, dashboards, and data summaries for oversight.
• Ensure compliance with MCEN security policies and DoW requirements.
• Provide user training and documentation; coordinate with Government personnel.
