Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a SharePoint Management Specialist to support the PM MAGTF C2 Office. The role covers SharePoint administration, development, and information management to enhance collaboration and document control in accordance with MCEN requirements.

The candidate will design, develop, maintain, and secure portals, workflows, libraries, and related systems, while providing reporting and user guidance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SharePoint administration, development, or information management.
• Experience administering SharePoint sites, site collections, document libraries, and permissions.
• Strong information architecture and metadata management knowledge.
• Experience with .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and jQuery for customizations.
• MS Teams administration and M365 collaboration experience.
• Familiarity with DoW cybersecurity and MCEN security policies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites and document libraries.
• Configure site collections, navigation, permissions, and access controls.
• Develop customized workflows and automated approval systems.
• Provide Tier 1 support for SharePoint access and troubleshooting.
• Maintain SharePoint search, metadata taxonomy, and information architecture.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data summaries for program oversight.
• Ensure compliance with MCEN security requirements.
