Job summary

Leidos is seeking a SharePoint Farm Administrator in Suitland, MD to lead a small team and oversee enterprise SharePoint infrastructure. The role requires an Active TS/SCI clearance, a strong SharePoint background, and experience with SQL Server and Central Administration utilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 6+ years.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Active Security+ certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• 4+ years of SharePoint Farm Admin experience.
• 3+ years supporting SharePoint users.
• 3+ years of SQL Database Administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Central Administration and STSADM.EXE functions.
• Proficient in IIS Management, AD operations, DNS, SMTP, and network-related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of two SharePoint administrators managing enterprise SharePoint infrastructure.
• Handle creation and maintenance of SharePoint sites and performance tuning.
• Collaborate across IT teams and government stakeholders for system management.
• Develop and update user and technician documentation for SharePoint-based services.
• Monitor daily performance and coordinate incident response with govt/contractor teams.
• Respond to ITSM tickets or delegate to the SharePoint team for resolution.
