Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) seeks a Technical Specialist, SharePoint Advisor to advance operational excellence through data-driven solutions. You’ll collaborate with business and IT teams to design and implement SharePoint, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Power BI enhancements that align with enterprise strategy.

The role focuses on translating business questions into analytical queries, delivering scalable processes, and guiding governance and security across Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience providing technical support.
• Experience in defining data requirements and building analytical queries.
• Possess a valid Class C Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with business stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical queries.
• Develops new processes to increase productivity and reduce risk of system failure.
• Updates technical manuals based on policies, standards and best practices.
• Provides input into delivery policies and documentation templates with product teams.
• Supports substation in creating goals for BOM processing with monthly targets.
• Delivers independent execution of established work processes and systems.
• Communicates project status and aligns communications with business goals.
• Conducts data analysis to develop insights from large datasets.
