Job summary

Computer World Services Corp. is seeking a SharePoint Administrator / Power Platform Developer to support the transition of circuits and services using Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

You will gather requirements, design practical solutions, and collaborate with project stakeholders. The role involves maintaining SharePoint sites and workflows, building Power Apps and Automate flows, and delivering dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, business, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Three to five years of relevant experience in SharePoint administration, Power Platform development, database support, or related technical field.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, including sites, lists, libraries, permissions, forms, views, and collaboration features.
• Working experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, SQL, Microsoft Excel, or comparable data-management and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with Project Manager, team members, and stakeholders to translate needs into SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
• Administer and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, metadata, views, forms, and related features.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps for data entry, validation, status tracking, and access control.
• Create Power Automate workflows for notifications, approvals, data updates, and automation of business processes.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to provide visibility into circuit/service status, milestones, schedules, risks, and metrics.
• Support data migration, reporting, and integration with SharePoint, Excel, SQL Server, and other sources.
• Test, troubleshoot, deploy, document, and sustain SharePoint sites, applications, workflows, dashboards, and related solutions.
• Provide user training and technical guidance to project personnel and site owners.
• Contribute to milestones and process improvements for telecommunications transition projects.
