Job summary

Computer World Services is seeking a SharePoint Administrator / Power Platform Developer to support the transition of circuits and services from legacy telecom contracts. You will use Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to capture, validate, track, schedule, and report data for project milestones and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in SharePoint administration, Power Platform development, database support, business-process automation, data management, or related technical field.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint including sites, lists, libraries, permissions, forms, views, and collaboration features.
• Working experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, SQL, Microsoft Excel, or comparable data-management and reporting tools.
• Ability to gather requirements, communicate effectively with functional and technical personnel, and document technical solutions.
• Experience supporting DISA, DITCO, telecommunications transition efforts, or comparable DoD environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate business needs into SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
• Administer and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, metadata, views, forms, and related features.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps for data entry, validation, status tracking, transition scheduling, task management, and user access.
• Create Power Automate workflows for notifications, approvals, reminders, routing, and data updates.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards showing circuit/service status, milestones, schedules, risks, and metrics.
• Support data migration, reporting, and integration using SharePoint, Excel, SQL Server and other data sources.
• Test, troubleshoot, deploy, document, and sustain SharePoint sites, apps, workflows, dashboards.
• Provide user support, training, and technical guidance to project personnel and site owners.
• Contribute to project milestones, data-quality improvements, and process-improvement efforts.
