Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and customer service abilities; able to communicate across organizational levels.
• Ability to coach and mentor experienced engineering staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical authority for SharePoint Online and OneDrive, providing engineering guidance.
• Design, review and implement scalable enterprise solutions using SharePoint Online and related Microsoft 365.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis with sustainable actions.
• Drive automation and governance to improve reliability and user experience.
