Job summary

RMantra Solutions seeks a SharePoint Knowledge & Records Manager to lead governance, policy design, and on-site administration in Rosslyn, VA. You will manage knowledge assets, permissions, and metadata, while integrating automation and AI to streamline information flow and incident tracking.

You will ensure records lifecycle compliance, develop training materials, and deliver executive dashboards for performance metrics in a highly secure environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering knowledge management initiatives.
• Proven SharePoint and Teams administration experience.
• Experience building workflows and AI-assisted processes.
• Active CKM credential and DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Solid understanding of networking and operating systems concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge strategy, policies, and procedures with leadership.
• Administer SharePoint/Teams, manage metadata, libraries, permissions.
• Design automated workflows and AI integration for project tracking.
• Oversee records governance, lifecycle, and naming conventions.
• Create end-user training materials and support portals.
