Overview

Senior SharePoint Developer. Location: Arlington, VA 22202. Onsite/Hybrid as required. Work Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week). Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required. Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, and migration of SharePoint Online 365 environment from SharePoint 2019.
• Analyze existing site structure, workflows, and customizations to determine rebuild requirements.
• Develop advanced SharePoint solutions, custom web parts, and application models.
• Provide technical leadership for configuration, administration, and deployment of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
• Oversee testing, quality assurance, and data integrity validation throughout migration.
• Train and mentor junior developers; conduct knowledge transfer sessions with OMHA staff.
• Ensure all development complies with OMHA’s security, compliance, and data governance requirements.
