Job summary

Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Business Systems Analyst (SharePoint) with our client located in Corvallis, OR. The SharePoint Business Analyst leads and drives initiatives to implement new technologies that enhance the competitiveness and efficiency and to support, develop and tailor the existing software applications to meet the changing needs of the business.

Provides direction on enterprise content management, document collaboration, data integrity, search and records

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field or 4 years' experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 2 years in a software development environment in high-growth tech companies.
• At least five years' experience developing and supporting SharePoint online.
• Proficiency with SharePoint online, Microsoft Office, and workflow tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to elicit business needs and document requirements clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop software requirement specifications to support deployment of applications.
• Lead cross-functional groups of SharePoint users; manage upgrades and fixes.
• Provide mentoring on SharePoint online capabilities including workflows and search.
• Address day-to-day Bridge support with personnel and IT partners.
• Collaborate with training to prepare users to use SharePoint effectively.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and assess impact for the organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
