Job summary

NuScale Power is seeking a SharePoint Business Analyst to lead initiatives that enhance enterprise content management, collaboration, and regulatory compliance. This 40-hour/week contract in Corvallis, OR focuses on tailoring Bridge-based applications to meet business needs.

You will partner with IT and operations, drive requirements, design interfaces, and mentor users on SharePoint capabilities, security, and workflows.

Qualifications

Education/Certification: Associate degree or 4 years’ experience in lieu of degree in IT or CS.
Experience: 2+ years in a software development environment in high-growth tech companies.
At least five years’ experience developing and supporting SharePoint online applications.
Proficiency with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Office products and workflow development tools.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Experience with SDLC approaches including Waterfall and Agile.

Responsibilities

Partner with NuScale personnel in designing, implementing, and supporting software applications.
Develop software requirement specifications and documents to support development and deployment.
Lead cross-functional groups of SharePoint users, implement standards, and coordinate upgrades and fixes.
Provide technical advice on SharePoint online capabilities including workflows and security.
Work with the training organization to prepare users to productively use SharePoint.
Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their impact for NuScale.
Perform other duties as assigned.
