Qualifications

• 7+ years as an IT Business Analyst on medium-to-large scale projects.
• Demonstrated experience with SharePoint modernization or migration projects strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with business requirements, process mapping, and solution evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Define and document business requirements for IT projects.
• Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate requirements sessions and IT discovery meetings.
• Support the RFP process for upcoming enterprise projects.
• Perform process mapping and analysis to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate QA and UAT activities.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to evaluate solutions.
