Job summary

HARMAN seeks a Microsoft SharePoint Architect to lead the design, governance, security, and long-term strategy for SharePoint Online across the organization. You will work with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure collaboration solutions.

As a principal technical authority, you’ll establish platform standards, drive migrations, and guide leverage of Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform to enable a modern, highly available collaboration environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years designing, implementing, and supporting SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Deep expertise in governance, information architecture, permissions, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, roadmap, and governance for SharePoint Online across the enterprise.
• Design secure, scalable, highly available SharePoint solutions aligned with business goals.
• Establish governance standards, information architecture, taxonomy, and permissions models.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity to implement data protection, access controls, and compliance.
