Job summary

Leidos is seeking a SharePoint Subject Matter Expert to support a large enterprise IT contract for the DoD. You will deploy, operate, and maintain SharePoint services across multiple enclaves, with emphasis on authentication, site setup, and access control.

The role requires strong customer focus, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complex environments including 24/7 operations. A Bachelor's degree with extensive experience is required, plus DoD credentialing considerations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with SharePoint technologies including SP2016/2019, SPSE and SharePoint Online.
• Experience configuring, installing, and securing SharePoint systems.
• Familiarity with SQL clusters supporting SharePoint farms.
• Experience with patch maintenance for SQL clusters and SharePoint farms.
• Experience with PKI and claims-based authentication.
• Experience with load balancers such as F5 BigIP or Citrix NetScaler.
• Experience with M365/O365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online).
• Experience with ITSM ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
• Clearance: US Citizenship; TS/SCI with poly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with site/collection owners to handle service inquiries and problems.
• Provide implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Oversee SharePoint projects including upgrades and migrations.
• Manage permissions in site collections and O365/M365 access.
• Update operations documentation and produce After Action Reports.
• Maintain monitoring of services using SolarWinds, PowerShell and related tools.
