Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Facility/Regional Safety Health & Environmental Manager to lead SH&E programs across our facilities. You will coach managers, drive a culture of safety, and ensure regulatory compliance while aligning with Nestlé Group priorities.

Responsibilities include developing SH&E programs, conducting risk assessments, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to protect employees and the environment. A strong background in ISO 14001/OHSAS 45001, LEAN, and TPM is required.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience with Safety, Health, and Environment program development, implementation, and training.
Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001, LEAN and TPM concepts related to production/engineering.
Solid knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations.
Proven leadership, communication, and ability to influence across levels.
Ability to drive sustainable organizational change and balance strategic/tactical work.
Proficiency with Windows-based applications and other specialized software.
Negotiation and influencing skills; proactive in process improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead SH&E programs and teams to ensure safety, health and environmental compliance.
Maintain a budget for SH&E functions and assist other managers with funding.
Develop and implement SOPs to ensure facility compliance with policies and regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and drive hazard mitigation across sites.
Coordinate incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are completed.
Maintain site readiness for audits and external regulatory requirements.
Engage with external stakeholders to build long-term relationships.
