Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Site SH&E Leader to safeguard employee safety and environmental performance across our Ohio facility. You will lead the Site SH&E culture, drive world-class performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and align local strategies with corporate policy.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a science or SH&E field, 7+ years in SH&E, certifications like CIH/NEBOSH/CSP/CEM, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or SH&E-related field.
• Minimum 7 years of SH&E experience with the last role as a site SH&E leader.
• Professional certifications (CIH, NEBOSH, CSP, CEM) are beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations.
• Proficiency with Windows apps including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead Site SH&E culture and coaching of operations leadership.
• Set SH&E priorities, KPIs, and improvement plans aligned with corporate strategies.
• Ensure continuous audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Develop SH&E training and build site capabilities.
• Lead risk assessment and incident investigations using NCE tools.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, HR, Quality and other functions.
