Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking a Technical Product Owner for Salesforce (SFDC) and related GTM tech stack. You will own the backlog, groom epics, and drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering.

The role requires deep SFDC architecture knowledge, integration experience, and strong communication to translate business needs into technically feasible requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Product Owner/Technical Product Owner or Business Systems Analyst with Salesforce
• Active SFDC architecture knowledge, data model, and automation capabilities
• Hands-on experience with SFDC integrations (Gong, Gainsight, Anaplan, Clari, Outreach) and REST/SOAP APIs

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog for SFDC and integrated systems, with epics and acceptance criteria
• Prioritize backlog based on value, dependencies, risk and platform impact
• Plan sprints with Agile teams and refine stories
• Define and track success metrics for features against business intent
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to assess build vs buy decisions
