Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrates understanding of equipment used to support production.
• Identifies and communicates issues with proposed solutions.
• Manages interruptions professionally and respectfully.
• Moderate computer and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operate, and maintain equipment to support operations.
• Document production, maintenance, and QC audits.
• Complete 1st piece inspection prior to release for production.
• Make professional modifications and repairs to equipment.
• Ensure cosmetic criteria and communicate criteria to staff.
• Relay product and quality information to team in writing and verbally.
• Organize and maintain the machine shop and storage areas.
