Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Servicing Communications Senior Associate in Business Banking Marketing to lead development and deployment of servicing communications.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Execution teams to shape strategies and deliver effective tactics across Chase channels. The role requires coordinating with internal stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring messaging supports customer understanding of product, feature, or policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years in marketing or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate and mitigate risk.
• Project management experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrates ownership by providing project leadership, removing ambiguity, addressing questions, and refining approaches to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute servicing communications across Chase channels, including email, statement messages, direct mail, and chase.com.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Product, integrating banker channels as appropriate.
• Manage internal and external vendor relationships to ensure marketing collateral is delivered on scope and on time.
• Refine servicing templates and document best practices to maximize communication effectiveness, including when delivering challenging news to customers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by following established controls and maintaining a regular schedule of material reviews for accuracy.
• Operate with minimal supervision, taking ownership of assigned projects and driving them to completion.
