Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum two years of transportation coordination or aging/human services experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office; HIPAA and CORI trainings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage COAHS transportation programs; schedule vans and drivers.
• Oversee nutrition and food‑access programs; coordinate Meals on Wheels activities.
• Provide administrative support to the COAHS Director and staff.
• Maintain confidential resident information and accurate records.
• Coordinate driver training and monitor safety compliance.
