Job summary

Eaton’s North America Sales division seeks a Lead Services Sales Engineer within 50 miles of Kennewick, WA, Spokane, WA, and Boise, ID, with Montana coverage. Sell electrical services to industrial, utility, commercial, data center and institutional customers, manage relationships, and provide technical sales support.

You will train partners, present quotations, and develop growth strategies. Travel up to 25%; relocation sponsorship is not offered. Competitive compensation package available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five years of sales, field service or electrical industry experience.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Sell Eaton’s electrical services offerings to industrial, utility, commercial, data center and institutional customers in the target market areas.
• Manage customer relationships and provide sales support and technical expertise to distributors, end users, contractors and specifiers.
• Train channel partners and manufacturing agents to sell services to end customers and contractors.
• Be SME on the services offering to support and coach Eaton’s sales organization in the region.
• Act as the voice of the customer to services operations and marketing teams.
