Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Kennewick, WA and Boise, ID seeks Senior Electrical Field Service Representatives. The role includes a guaranteed 40-hour base with travel up to 50% across WA, ID, MT, WY, and OR, plus a company vehicle and relocation support.

Candidates will perform startup, commissioning, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, lead projects, mentor technicians, and produce service reports using digital tools.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years testing, troubleshooting, evaluating and servicing electrical distribution and control systems
• Experience in testing, troubleshooting, evaluating and servicing electrical distribution and control systems
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Support customers across the power system lifecycle: startup, commissioning, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and emergencies
• Manage small projects independently and lead FSR teams on larger projects
• Generate timely and accurate service reports on work, product performance, and warranties
• Provide recommendations for improved electrical systems
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, team members, and partners
• Mentor less experienced technicians
• Utilize digital tools for remote work (laptops, iPads, IR cameras, Google Glasses, MS Teams)
