Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software seeks an expert Services Project Manager for our Americas GCO PMO. Lead large projects with multiple delivery teams, aligning Sales, Presales, Engagement Management, and customers to realize value from Digital Thread solutions.

You will manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality, with strong governance and KPIs, coordinating internal and external partners to deliver outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology.
• Multiple years of experience as a Project Manager for Siemens solutions or comparable enterprise solutions.
• Experience leading ERP/MES implementations with project budgets over $1M.
• Ability to lead professional architects and consultants during software implementation.
• Strong leadership and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large projects with multiple delivery teams and align customer, stakeholders, and Siemens.
• Drive value realization and manage project scope, budget, schedule and quality.
• Establish governance, roles, and KPIs; manage risks and issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Presales, and Engagement Management to drive outcomes.
• Oversee project financials, procurement, and billing alignment.
