Responsibilities

• Perform supervisory duties: training, feedback, coaching and performance reviews.
• Plan and direct activities to maintain staffing and production levels to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate end-to-end Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) implementation.
• Determine risk appetite and implement controls to mitigate risk.
• Review bank policies and standards to create procedures supporting client needs.
