Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work with licensure in Massachusetts (LSW or LCSW).
• Experience with elders or vulnerable populations.
• Equivalent combination of experience, training and education acceptable.

The position also provides counseling services, develops and leads programs and support groups, partners with community agencies, and assists with outreach, reporting, and grant activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master?s Degree in Social Work; LSW or LCSW Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts PLUS Four (4) to six (6) years of experience working with elders or other vulnerable population or any equivalent combination of experience, training and education demonstrating the ability to successfully perform the duties of the position.

This is a full-time position offering competitive benefits with an anticipated hiring range of $71,312 - $80,263 per year depending on experience.
