Mid Florida Community Services, Inc. in Bartow, FL is seeking a Billing Specialist for the Senior Services Program. You will manage regular billing activities, ensure timely submission of worker logs and billing grids, review documents for quality, and update billing data in eCIRTS and ServeTracker.

This full-time role requires at least one year of billing experience, a High School diploma, and a valid Florida driver's license. Proficiency in Excel and strong confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of billing experience required.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and insurability.
• Background checks required for working with vulnerable population.

Responsibilities

• Submit eCIRTS reports, invoices, and client reports to finance.
• Enter data into ServeTracker for client tracking and reporting.
• Update billing information in eCIRTS.
• Review billing documents for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and staff information.
