You Thrive Florida is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage all billing activities for the Senior Services Program in Hernando/Polk Counties, FL. The role emphasizes timely logs submission, data accuracy, and compliance with eCIRTS and ServeTracker systems. Strong Excel skills and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of billing-related experience.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and be insurable.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular contact with service providers to ensure timely submission of logs and billing grid.
• Review billing documents to ensure quality standards.
• Update billing information in eCIRTS promptly.
• File billing records and logs as required.
• Submit eCIRTS reports, invoices, and client reports to Finance.
• Enter data into ServeTracker for client tracking and reporting.
• Provide billing training to provider staff as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
